It’s all About the Caps Baby!
By K.C. Alexis

What is the deal with men and their caps? Is it the color, size, style? Who knows? Whatever it is, there is a definite craze and every male on the block is feeling it.

This is not an urban African-American thing. This is a universal thing. It transcends cultural and gender boundaries, and is a cultural pastime. Caps serve different purposes. They can camouflage the sun, a bad haircut, no haircut, someone “peeping” someone else out and just for “flossing” purposes.

More and more people are wearing caps again and they have become a fashion necessity for many these days. Caps have to accentuate every element of the wardrobe or it just does not fly and for some wearing a cap is a very serious matter. The brim must be bent just right. The color must match the outfit. The size must be correct. Loose hats are a no, no! The final and most important thing is that when rocking a hat, it has to complement your face. Not every hat fits everyone.

Know one thing for sure, caps are the “in” thing and you better get hip to the game or you'll be left in the cold!
