Whether you are a first time client or the
fifth, going to the Cynergy Spa and Wellness Center is an experience.
Opened just five months ago, the Cynergy Spa and Wellness Center is the first
establishment of its kind to arrive in Harlem. Located on historic Striver’s Row, the
Cynergy Spa and Wellness Center is designed as a tropical sanctuary with large green palm
trees and a hint of Afrocentric flare.
Clients can have their choice of services that include paraffin manicures and pedicures,
deep tissue massages and oxygen facials. The main floor houses two treatment rooms, a cozy
sitting area for sipping herbal teas, spring water and fruit juices. Downstairs is a
larger room with a whirlpool and a private area for couples or larger groups.
Cynthia Grace, along with her husband Charles Primeau, founded Cynergy. A clinical
psychologist and a self-proclaimed “spa junkie,” Grace says opening a day spa
uptown was long overdue. “I have so many people say I am so glad you are here now. I
don’t have to go downtown.”
Relax a little. Treat yourself and others to a new experience. During the holiday season,
the Cynergy Spa and Wellness Center is offering “Spa in a Bag.” Available in two
sizes, the gift set is a collection of oils, soaps, salt scrubs and more priced at $39.00
(large) and $22.00 (small).
The Cynergy Spa and Wellness Center is open seven days a week. Facials and massages start
