Forced out of her home, Helen seeks
shelter with her Aunt Madea (Tyler Perry), a piston-packing grandma
who doesn't suffer fools. Madea refuses to allow Helen to wallow in
self-pity. She encourages Helen to get a job and mandates that Helen
take a pound of flesh from her no good husband and pursue her half
of the marriage estate. After a Madea-influenced fit of rage, Helen
starts to heal once she gets in touch with her emotions, needs and
dreams for the future. MORE >>>

Diary is a melodramatic look at
love, betrayal and redemption that at times relies on base humor to
produce a chuckle. Nevertheless, Diary is entertaining and features
strong performances by Elise, Harris, Perry and Shemar Moore. M
